To use Xooloo Messenger, you first need to download the app on your device either from the Google Play Store or the Apple Store.

I don’t have a SIM card, can I use Xooloo Messenger to communicate with my friends?

Yes, Xooloo Messenger can also be used by children who don’t have SIM card.

I am a parent, can I use the app to discuss with my children?

Yes, to do so, you need to download the app either from the Google Play Store or the Apple Store on your device and type in your date of birth and your mobile phone number.

Is it possible to install several accounts on the same device?

No, this is not possible. However, you can use one account on different devices. To do so, you need first to create a password in “My profil”. Then when you download the app on a new device, you need to select “I already have a Xavatar” and type in your Xooloo’s friend code and password.
